Mr. Leith is an experienced litigator with over forty years experience in jury trials for the defense of personal injury arising out of automobile and tractor trailer collisions, claims for wrongful discharge, toxic tort litigation and matters involving product liability.
In the defense of personal injury claims arising out of collisions involving tractor trailers, Mr. Leith has extensive experience with the use of accident reconstruction for defense preparation and trial.
Mr. Leith has successful toxic tort results in two states including defense verdicts after a jury trial and numerous dismissals on motions for summary judgment.
